The Synchrony Dual Sport helmet is based on the Synchrony Motocross shell which means that unlike some so-called Adventure helmets it’s not just a dressed up road model. The MT Dual Sport is suitable for all road and off-road activities including Enduro, Trail, Motocross and Adventure riding. The peak can be easily removed turning the Synchrony Dual Sport into a sleek and respectable road helmet. Featuring an internal drop down visor and tested to world standards, just like all other MT helmets, it's tremendous value for money.

Measuring up
To work out which size helmet you need, measure around the widest point of your head which is usually just above your eyebrows and ears not over them. Take the measurement using a flexible or fabric tape measure to be sure it’s accurate and always take the reading in CM since that’s how all manufacturers display their helmet sizes.Testing the fit
The first time you pull a new helmet over your head and secure the straps it’s supposed to feel snug and slightly tight even though it might be slightly uncomfortable. There shouldn’t be any noticeable pressure points anywhere in the helmet but also there should not be any voids or gaps especially between your temples and the brow pads.Your cheeks should be touching the liner and when the helmet is twisted left and right, the skin of your cheeks should move with it, if not then you should consider a smaller size.
Remember that every helmet has a ‘wear-in’ period so after a while they will loosen up and feel more comfortable than that first try but shouldn’t ever get loose enough to be able to moved and twisted away from your head.
With our Free Exchange policy on helmets it’s easy to swap for a different size if you have order the wrong one. If you need any more advice or help with choosing the right size you can send us a question using the button at the top of this page.
