LDM ExoTec Winter Gloves Review By @jodexterous_moto

We handed our new LDM ExoTec gloves over to Instagram biker girl, model, and influencer Jodie Griffin for a full review to see what she made of our latest and greatest winter gloves...

I have recently had the pleasure of testing LDMotorcycles.co.uk very own LDM ExoTec Winter Gloves. These sweet things are sold in a TASTY pricing bracket- UNDER £40! I can assure you, you won't find another Winter Glove with more bang for your buck than the ExoTec's. Here, I will tell you why...

The first thing I noted was their lovely soft texture. They were pleasing to touch, and to look at. I immediately noticed how easy it was to move my fingers about- sounds silly but this is a big thing for me; restriction of movement grinds my gears. This is due to their Flexible Leather & Softshell hybrid outer.

On the inside, there is a Thermolite insulation liner. This made for instant toasty warm hands. Thermals typically draw sweat away from the skin to minimise evaporative cooling. Thermolite coupled with breathable waterproof lining means that my hands did not feel sweaty, they remained dry and warm throughout the 20 or so minutes of rain that caught me!

The ExoTec Winter gloves are a 'Gauntlet' style. These sit ABOVE the sleeves of my leather jacket. My favourite style of glove, especially in these cold Winter months. They stop the wind from going up your sleeves, while also offering extra protection for skin, should a slide ever occur. I feel that the TPU Knuckle protection also aids in the deflection of wind.

The only things I picked up on, was that the thumbs were ever so slightly too long for me, and the knuckle protection was a little bit uncomfortable to begin with... But once the gloves were worn in this was no longer an issue. I would recommend these gloves to any of the bikefam that rides through winter and looking for some decent gloves on a budget.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to test out your ExoTec gloves LD Motorcycles! I would recommend these to anybody that needs a solid winter glove, but doesn't want the premium prices. Keep up the good work.
